The Pup Barks

Bocephus is "the pup" of Two Pals & A Pup LLC. This little guy is all heart with a healthy dose of Cairn Terrier attitude. He grew up with all the big dogs in the neighborhood and no one ever told him he wasn't a large dog -- special thanks to Fiona, who taught Bo how to roll with the big dogs!

Bo had a lot to do with the pals decision to leave corporate America, as he was diagnosed with kidney disease almost a year ago. After several vet and kidney specialist visits, the pals committed to an aggressive treatment schedule (over 10 pills a day) and making this little guy's food from scratch.

“On May 28^th, Bo lost his battle with kidney disease. Bo was the original pup in our logo and the reason we started our shop. The decision to let him go was not an easy one; his kidneys were failing and the treatment sent him into heart failure. We want to thank the staff at Alameda East, Firehouse Park Hill and all of our friends and family who shared many tail wags and bright eyes with our little guy. He gave it one helluva fight and went out in typical terrier fashion. Right now we’re sure he's chasing all the pups that have gone before him in heaven.

Rest in peace Bocephus -- we miss you more than words can express. Griff also wants you to know he’s trying his hardest to keep your terrier attitude alive and well at the shop!”
